Functional area/职责

• Explore and develop all the relevant business from key accounts assigned 开发所负责的大客户的所有相关业务
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts assigned 建立并保持与所负责的大客户的长期关系
• Negotiate and sign contracts in accordance with Sales Goals 按照销售目标谈判及签订合同
• Preparation of quotations 安排报价
• Coordinate internally and externally for all services for key accounts assigned 协调内部和外部的事务，以提供所负责的大客户的良好服务
• Responsible for following up service status to make sure key accounts' satisfaction 负责跟进服务状态，以确保客户的满意度
• Total business growth on key accounts 客户业务增长
• Aggressively achieve budget on sales turnover and profit 积极实现销售及利润预算 

Requirements/任职要求

• College degree or above 专科及以上学历
• Minimum 3 years of successful experience in windmill sales or customer service field 最少3年在风能行业销售或者风能客户服务领域的成功经验
• Knowledge of C-Parts products,fasteners or wind energy C类件产品,紧固件或风能方面的知识
• Ability to travel 能够出差
• Excellent communication, presentation,selling and negotiation skills 良好的沟通，表达、销售和谈判技巧
• Proficiency in Office software and ERP system(SAP) 熟练使用办公及ERP软件(SAP) 
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (oral and written) 流利的英语和普通话（口头和书面）
• Strong analytical skills, detail oriented with demonstrated multi-tasking ability 强大的分析能力,注重细节,较强的多任务能力  
• Team work spirit 团队合作精神
• Self-motivated, confident, patient, responsible 自我激励,自信,耐心,负责
• Good health condition and able to travel 身体健康
