Responsibilities:

职责与工作任务：

1. Perform validation test of new and existing power transmission units, to support engineering research and development.

执行现有产品和新产品的验证试验，为工程研发提供技术支持。

2. Oversee engineering projects as assigned, work with design/product engineer to determine the test type of performance, reliability and durability

for components and product systems.

监督委派的工程项目，与设计/产品工程师一起决定零件和产品系统的性能，可靠性和耐久性试验类型。

3. Facilitate test technician and operator to fulfill test task, comply with test procedure and specification.

指导试验技术员和操作员完成试验任务，遵循相关的测试流程以及试验规范。

4. Coordinate with design engineering to ensure timely resolution of product/project issues.

配合设计工程师，确保及时解决产品/项目的问题。

5. Analyze lab result and perform failure analyses. May coordinate testing in the field to gather data relevant to equipment operation.

分析试验结果以及运行失效原因。可以在现场测试以采集设备运行的相关数据。

6. Prepare reports of test results, identifies potential adjustments to component design (size, strength, material, etc.) and makes recommendations

to design engineering in order to enhance overall product quality

准备测试结果报告，指出零件设计（尺寸，强度，材料等）方面可能需要的调整，并且向工程设计提出建议，从而提高产品的整体质量。

7. Communicate ideas for improving design or processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others.

Requirements:

任职资格：

1. bachelor degree or above

本科以上学历

2. Engineering with emphasis in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines or equivalent work experience.

机械和/或电气专业或同等工作经验

3. Certificate or license for electrician

电工上岗证

4. 3 or more years of engineering product development and lab testing. Preferred work experience of automotive or electric motor field.

3年以上工程产品开发和试验室测试经验。有汽车行业或电机行业工作经历的优先。

5. Experience with Labview/or other data acquisition logging and analysis software

有利用Labview或其他数据采集记录和分析软件的经验。

6. Experience with test programming based on Labview platform is plus.

7. Hands on experience operating or maintaining of heavy equipment

操作或维修重型设备的实践经验

8. Good knowledge in computer

具有一定的计算机知识水平

9. Good knowledge in motor and gearbox test specification

10. Good knowledge in electric hardware and use instrument

11. Be able to read English drawing and document. 能看懂英文图纸及英文资料。

12. Familiar with 3D tools and Autocad. 熟悉3D绘图以及Autocad。

Magelec Propulsion is a complete electric powertrain manufacturer, producing permanent magnet axial flux motor generator units, IGBT and SiC MOFSET based motor control units and geared transmissions.
