PRIMARY & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

This position will directly report to QA Manager. Key responsibilities will include:

• Maintain vendor quality profile and related records such as CAPA;
• 供应商质量档案和相关记录, 如CAPA;
• Extracts, analyzes, and interprets data, and develops a thorough understanding of raw materials, supply chains, production systems, quality operations;
• 分析和解释数据，并对原材料、供应链、生产系统、质量操作有深入的理解;
• Perform comprehensive analysis of quality data using tools like SPSS, Excel, Access, and other applied statistical techniques to assist Quality and relevant business functions with actionable intelligence on quality improvement.
• SPSS、Excel、Access等统计工具对质量数据进行全面分析，为质量和相关业务功能提供可操作的质量改进情报。
• Track department operations KPIs and produce weekly report for management review
• 部门运营KPI，并制作周报告供管理层审核
• Support the implementation of new technology initiatives in order to enhance the Quality data repositories, reporting, analytics and overall program.
• 新技术项目的实施，以提高数据仓库、报告、分析和整体项目的质量。
• Manage master sample. 
• 管理大货样板.
• Coordinate with external labs and track reports
• 部实验室协调并跟踪报告
• Support Compliance department to perform data analysis as requested
• 合规部门根据要求进行数据分析
• Support other special projects as requested
• 其他特殊项目

PRIMARY & SCOPE OF CONTROL:

• Shanghai office base required

• Limited traveling required (up to 25%)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

教育经历要求:

• Education in statistics, computer science, information system management, wood science and engineering, chemical engineering, or business administration from accredited four-year college or university or equivalent is required.
• 需要具备统计学、计算机科学、信息系统管理、木材科学与工程、化学工程或工商管理等相关专业的本科以上学历。
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or quality management/ flooring or funiture industry is required.
• 2年以上数据分析，质量管理经验或地板家具行业经验。
• Proficient with data management and analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS or Access.
• 熟练使用Excel、SPSS、Access等数据管理分析工具。
• Good communication skills (verbal and written) in both Mandarin Chinese and English.
• 良好的的中英文沟通能力。
• Professional certifications such as Certified Supplier Quality Professional, Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management Professional, Certified Auditor, or related credentials is preferred.
• 具有供应商质量专业认证、六西格玛绿带、项目管理专业、注册审核员或相关证书者优先。
