Education教育程度：

? Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanic Engineering, or in similar fields

? 本科或硕士学历，机械工程或相关领域

 

Working experience工作经验：

? Experience in Engine or transmission Assembly line technology

具有发动机或变速器装配线技术经验

? Maintenance experience in production line or Assembly line 

具有生产线或装配线的维修维护经验

? Experience in E-mobility would be superior

具有电机线经验将优先

Knowledge and Certificate知识及证书：

? Experience includes Manufacture Installation & Maintenance of a wide variety of 

  Assembly equipment/E-mobility equipment

? Knowledge in mechanical Start-up and troubleshooting on assembly equipment

? Background in Robot programming Kuka, ABB, Fanuc 

Skill and competency技能及任职能力：

?   Basic trainer background

? Familiar with Outlook ，Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 

? Chinese and English fluent spoken and good written 

? Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills 

? Write  training presentations and documents

? Good presentation and facilitation skills

? Ability to work independently with acceptable supervision

? Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast paced changing environment

? Interested to teach theoretical and practical knowledge;

? Willing to travel min 50%

Customer Training mechanic

? Mechanical training on  Assembly equipment/E-mobility 

? Operator Training on Assembly equipment/E-mobility 

? Develop and presenting Training material 

? Technical training in the mechanical field ( Mechanical engineer)

? Able to training on customer side (ca. 50% working time)

? Handling other tasks assigned by the General Manager or the supervisor/manager
