- build key process 10-20

- write 10-20 documents;

- be well acquainted with cosmetic production process;

- has good knowledge about GMP, ISO9000, quality management and quality tools;

- has at least 3 years experience of processing/production in cosmetic/food industry;

- good process thinking and process management;

- learning on fly, patient and steady;

- has good communication and team work;

- good English.

to centralize and/or localize process/procedure based on reality of facility

to have easy access of both side to share infromation

International: Knowledge of foreign languages, required level of expression, type of relations (technical, cultural knowledge, etc.), % of total activity.

English CET 6-8.

60-80% of total activities.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES / 主要职责

1. To standardize current process/procedure/document/form;

2. To build quality guideline based on center quality guideline and GMP guideline;

3. To review current process/procedure/document/form to check whether in line with quality/GMP guideline;

4. To optimize current process/procedure;

5. To detect hole in current process/system and build necessary process/procedure;

6. To make and maintain easy access of document system;

7. To support manager to build and implement quality assurance program
