岗位职责:

？ 根据维护检修项目制订各项计划检修内容；合理安排检修进度和检修资源，确保设备日常运行管理及检修工作处于受控状态。
Develop content of planned repair according to maintenance and repair items. Well arrange the repair progress and resource. Ensure daily running management and repair work of equipments under well control.
？ 负责每日的计划维护会议，与生产装置协调每日的维护计划。
Responsible for the daily maintenance planning meeting, coordinate with plants for the daily maintenance planning.
？ 根据装置检修项目，负责编制设备检修工序、施工力量、工器具以及所需的备品配件和进度计划，确保计划准确性。
Be responsible to prepare equipment repair work procedures, construction manpower, tools, required spare parts and schedule based on repair items to ensure accuracy of planning.
？ 负责组织重大设备检修方案讨论和实施工作，组织完工性检查，督促承包商按时提交交工资料。
Be responsible to organize major equipment overhaul scheme discussion and implementation, organize completion inspection, supervise contractor to submit as-built documents on time.
？ 参加设备故障根源因分析RCFA活动，不断提高设备运行可靠性。
Participate in equipment failure RCFA activities to continuously improve equipment operation reliability.
？ 参加对承包商考核工作，监督承包商做好安全和文明施工工作，不断提高承包商的服务水平。
Participate in contractor assessment work, supervise contractor to properly work on safety and civilized construction, continuously improve contractor service level.
？ 在项目施工和生产准备阶段，参与机械设备安装、调试，确保项目顺利开车。
Participate in the installation and commissioning of equipment during project construction and production preparation phases, to ensure smooth start-up of projects.
？ 负责日常维护的成本在授权范围内进行控制。
Be responsible to control day-to-day maintenance cost within authorized scope.
？ 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Timely finish other work assigned by superior managers.

任职资格:

？ 具有大学本科及以上学历，化工机械或仪表、电气专业的相关专业。
Bachelor degree or above with major in chemical equipment and machinery or instrumentation and electrical.
？ 具有5年以上石化行业装置设备维护和管理工作经验。
More than 5 years equipment maintenance and management experience in petrochemical plant.
？ 熟悉石油化工企业设备性能、结构、维护检修流程及工程预算定额。
Familiar with equipment capability, configuration, maintenance/repair process and engineering budget ration.
？ 具备良好的计划、协调、沟通、汇报、学习能力。
Good planning, coordination, communication, reporting and study ability.
？ 具有良好的人际关系和影响力，工作业绩良好。
Good interpersonal relations and influence ability, good working performance.
？ 具备人员管理经验，尤其是培训和指导。
People management experience, especially in coaching and training.
？ 有（SAP—PM模块）编制检修计划的经验优先。
Candidate that has experience in making maintenance plan (SAP-PM module) will be preferred.
？ 掌握中英文两种语言。
Good at both Chinese and English.
？ 能够提供证明自己技能和业绩的证书或有关记录。
Certificate or records which can verify personal technical skills and performance.
