Key Responsibilities:

  

职位描述：

In the whole project implementation process, mainly responsible for the following work.

在整个项目实施过程中主要负责以下工作

· Define project requirements and draft project related documents including business requirement documents, specification, change requests and etc.

· 确认客户需求并撰写需求文档、需求变更文档及其他文档。

  

· Responsible for the project Due Diligence, Standardization of Process, Data transition, Reconciliation and process enhancement/development.

· 负责项目尽职调查、流程标准化、数据转换、整合和流程改进/开发。

  

· Responsible for system configuration, effectively communicate with TECH for customized requirements, provide suitable solutions to customers and reach an agreement.

· 负责系统的基本配置，对于定制化的需求能与TECH有效沟通，提供给到客户适合的解决方案并达成一致。

  

· Responsible for the project management to ensure the fulfillment of project objective which includes executing on the basis of project plan and project management process to ensure the timely and qualified deliverables.

· 负责项目管理，确保项目目标的实现，包括根据项目计划和项目管理流程执行，以确保交付物及时、合格。

  

· Responsible for system SIT, UAT and P-run, recording and tracking the issues found and ensuring that all the issues are solved in time.

· 负责系统测试、记录并跟踪测试过程中发现的问题，保证测试中所有问题全部及时解决。

  

· Establish and maintain good relationship with clients.

· 与客户建立并保持良好的关系。

  

· Complete other tasks assigned by department leader.

· 完成部门领导安排的其他工作。

  

任职资格：

· Bachelor degree or above.

·本科及以上。

  

· Minimal 1 year of project experience or at least 2 years payroll and benefit operation experience in any two regions (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao and Korea) .

· 至少1年项目经验或至少2年在中国、中国香港、中国台湾、中国澳门和韩国两个地区的工资和福利运营经验。

  

· Good verbal and written communication ability in English and Chinese.

· 良好的英文书写和口语能力。

  

· Strong learning, communication and logical thinking skills are plus.

· 优秀的学习能力、沟通能力和逻辑思维能力。

 

· Good stress tolerance and adaptability.

· 良好的抗压能力以及适应能力。

· Interested in projects.
