Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for inventory management including purchasing & planning activities to achieve company’s inventory target.
2. Liasion with abroad & local vendors to make sure on time delivery, PO execution performance, cost accuracy.  
3. Lead plan & purchase team to shorten the LT, improve delivery performance, meet sales requirement.
4. Work with Sourcing & quality team to excellence vendor’s performance (including cost, LT, MOQ, quality, service, etc).
5. Provide improvement suggestions to contribute on inventory decreasing, improving inventory turnover. Including forecast mould providing, VMI management etc.
6. Work with IT to startup MRP running.
7. Other works assign by supply chain manager.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Over 5 years relative working experience in foreign owned company.
• Be familiar with planning and purchasing management in high-mix low-volume manufacturing environment.
• Be familiar with import/export operation and the Customs procedures.
• Good external and internal communication skill, teamwork;
• Good command of communication in both written and spoken English.
• Good moral and be responsible.
