Responsibilities
?This role is a functional and/or technical consulting role within our purchasing system team, with responsibilities to coordinate and monitor ERP/SAP on purchasing functionality. This role will also rely on excellent customer service and organizational skills to manage several tasks simultaneously while still providing the necessary focus on details.
?Work colsely with buyers in purchasing orgnazation to monitor and support PR/PO/GR/PM workflow and activities in SAP,
?Manage and improve the SAP functionality inpurchasing and relevant implemenation (SAP Basis/WM/MM/FI/CO) and process
?Participate in business and capability projects
?Supervise the resolution of support issues and implementation of changes through our external consulting partners.
?Actively participate in the design (and if needed the implementation) of the more complex process / configuration changes in our highly integrated solution landscape.
?Identify new systems opportunities to improve the application of existing and new processes
?Proactively build relationships with internal key customers, share ERP knowledge, and expertise to continuously raise the bar for cost efficiency and solution effectiveness
?Supervise the ERP/SAP training within purchasing organization
Qualifications
?3+ years of SAP experience,familiar SAP R/3, partilularly on SAP Basis/FICO/MM/WM
?2+ years of experience in purchasing organzation
?Strong communication skills in English and flexible approach to liaise and work with colleagues in Worldwide.
?Familiar Microsoft Office, partilularly on Excel and Powerpoint
?Practice expeireice in procurement process and PR/PO/GR/PM SAP operation
?Flexibilty of working hours is essential to support within the Company with external partners
