Report To: Account Manager

Job Role: Follow up customers' orders in a timely and accurate manner

Job Duties:

1. Generate orders-related document in the ordering system

2.  Facilitate accurate information flow among customers, suppliers and internal counterparts

3. Response to customers' needs on a timely manner

4. Handle customers complains based on company policies and workflow

5. Explore potential business opportunities from serviced customers

Qualification

1.  College or above education level

2.  Good written English and familar with ERP workflow

3.  Minimum 3 years' experience in order follow up for western retail environments

4.  With patience and sense of urgency; can work under pressure
