Role Summary

The role of all consultants is the same, to develop clients and close deals. The roles and responsibilities might be slightly different, but the ultimate goal is to generate as much revenue as possible.

Common Roles and Responsibilities-competency based:

· Client development and management: all consultants are required to be able to development clients, and to be able to manage clients alone with their maturity.

· Search for candidate: all consultants must be able to utilize all possible tools and resources to identify potential candidates for clients.

· Search process management: all consultants must be able to manage the assignment search process independently.

· Candidate management: all consultants should have a load of manageable candidates, not only MPC but also active candidates. For the use of future assignment as well as business development.

· Industry knowledge: all consultant must be the industry knowhow, in his or her specialized industry. To understand the specialized industry inside out is the foundation of being a specialist.

· Mapping: all consultant should have the capability of industry mapping.

· Closing the deal: closing the deals and collect the account receivables are consultants’ own job.

Roles and responsibilities -- Differentiations:

Senior consultant is weighted more on the client development and management, while search process is less

Senior consultant is responsible for helping and training of a lower level consultant as well as other team members

Qualifications:

· Good English, writing is must

· Microsoft office Skills

· Client development and management skills and experience

· University and above

· Related working experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Executive Search is a must

· Excellent communication skills with willingness of doing so

· Team work believer with inner drive

· Quick learner
