1） 正确的和全面的理解客户的对玻璃制品采购需求并确认供应商也能正确的理解客户的需求;

Getting to fully and correctly understand the quality requirement of glass deep processing product from customer and make sure suppliers correctly understand customer requriement too.

2） 与供应商一起开发玻璃制品以及批量生产和质量控制;

Working closely with supplier to developing new glass product and control the time and quliaty of mass production order

3） 高效的与供应商合作并有效地推动供应商持续不断的改善;

Working closely with suppliers on effetive process control and push for the continuous improvement at suppleirs;

4） 负责委派项目的操作， 保证在计划内的时间内完成;

Be responsiable for process the assigned projects and keep projects going on track on scheduled time line;

5） 同公司团队成员有效的控制供应商产品的质量和提升；

Working closely with other team members in MMT regaring the supplier quality control and improvement.

6） 完成公司委派的其他工作

Requirements/任职资格

1) 大专或本科学历，熟悉玻璃制品的各种热，冷加工工艺。

University or college degree，Familiar with the glass hot and cold manufactuing processes

2) 2年以上工厂生产经验以及相关QC知识；

More than 2 year experience in factory with QC knowledge and 2 years in sourcing related undustrial.

3） 熟悉各种玻璃制品的材料特性

Know how material characteristic of Soda-lime glas,borosilicate glass, and optical glass.

4) 团队精神以及有效的沟通技巧

Good team working and communication skills

5) 诚实， 忠诚， 和良好的置业道德精神。

Honest, rialable, and good business ethics.
