职位名称：

Senior Data Science Project Manager/(资深)数据科学项目经理

岗位职责：

负责领导项目团队，将公司产品或解决方案如期如预算的成功交付给客户，工作内容包含：

1.负责实施项目的整体规划、实施方案的制定、项目工作计划的安排；

2.负责项目实施过程中的内部及外部沟通，协调各方面资源，跟进项目进度；

3.负责项目的质量、成本控制，协调、解决实施中的问题。

任职要求：

1.计算机、数学、统计或相关专业本科及以上学历

2.熟悉数据挖掘，机器学习的基本理论和常用算法；会JAVA、Python等编程者优先

3.参与过多项软件系统型项目或项目管理经验等（如制造业、零售业、电信、政府领域等）

4.参与过数据分析型项目，具有数据分析、数据挖掘或自动机器学习背景优先

5.优秀的沟通表达与团队协作，能理解并且适应IT行业的工作节奏和压力，能适应出差

6.责任心强，主动追踪客户使用体验并推动项目进度

【加分项】

1. 具软体外包管理及软体系统分析 (System Analysis) 两年以上之经验

2. 有一定英语读写能力，CET-4以上优先

MoBagel has designed and engineered Decanter AI, an AutoML platform that contains more than 100 machine learning algorithms to help enterprises quickly build AI-driven data solutions. Decanter AI has helped MoBagel secure key clients and successful cases in the United States, Japan, China and Taiwan with its AI-driven data solutions in manufacturing, finance, insurance, healthcare, retail, e-commerce, telecom, travel industries as well as solutions for sales, marketing.
