Job Description

1.Playing as a packaging expert to participate briefing meeting with account manager together, to provide technic support regarding of liquor packaging, such as paper box, wooden box, tin box, glass bottle, etc;

与销售人员一起参与客户会议，提供各类食品包装的技术支持（纸盒、木盒、马口铁盒、玻璃瓶等）；

2. Advisor to design team for packaging design in perspective of material and technic process, to lead the initial sample development after design approval;

在包装设计阶段从成本和工艺角度提供材质及工艺建议，设计确认后负责产品开发；

3.To perform the test of packaging products including climate, transit, fitting, shaking, loading etc with manufacturers and 3rd lab according client’s requirement；

根据客户要求完成产品相关测试；

4.To perform the sample quality check and standardize the material, color swatch and finished product, then product specifications accordingly；

样品检验、标准样板制作、产品规格制作；

5.In-line quality check and pre-shipment random sampling inspection, and inspection report submitting；

在线品控及出货前抽样检验，制作验货报告；

6.To work with auditor for factory audit and continuous improvement；

针对客户的审核和认证要求，对下属供应商进行审核及持续改善；

7.To establish the supplier annual assessment；

建立供应商年度评审制度，制作年审报告；

8.To monitor the internal SOP and external annual audit of management system including FSC, Sedex and ISO9001；

负责公司各类管理认证的执行和年审，包括FSC, Sedex and ISO9001等；

Qualification:

1.A lady or gentleman under 35 is preferable；

35岁以下，性别不限；

2.A bachelor holder with major of printing & packing or quality management；

本科学历，包装印刷、品质管理等相关专业；

3.Working experience in printing packaging industry above 3 years, expertise in material, testing and QC in paper based packaging products, be familiar with packaging products in other materials will be a plus；

三年以上印刷包装行业技术或QC背景，熟悉各类纸质包装生产工艺、测试及检验标准；具有其他不同材质的包装产品知识优先；

4.Be skilled in oral and writing English, capability of documentation and technic discussion with oversea client through Email and conference call；

良好的英文听说读写能力，可熟练制作各类品控文件，与客户熟练沟通技术性细节问题；

5.Basic knowledge of factory audit would be a plus；

具有一定的工厂审核经验，熟悉品质管理及社会责任等系统要求；

6.Good at interpersonal communication, result orientation；

善于沟通、思维敏捷，结果导向；

7.Be honest, diligence, responsible and open mind；

诚实、勤奋、认真尽责、外向型性格；

8.Skilled in MS office software.

擅长Office软件操作。
