Responsibilities:

1.Analyze and implement resolution to process and material problems to support production in a timely manner

为确保生产，及时地分析、解决工艺和材料方面的问题

2.Analyze and implement Corrective Actions on Quality and manufacturing problems.

针对质量和制造方面的问题，进行分析并实施正确方案。

3.Evaluate and implement process or material changes to improve reliability and performance or reduce manufacturing costs.

评估、实施工艺和材料方面的改变对于改进生产可靠性和性能，及降低制造成本的作用。

4.Establish and maintain Standard Time System.

建立和维护标准工时系统。

5.Communicate between design engineers and production, ensure smooth new product production launch.

在设计工程师和生产之间起到沟通桥梁作用，确保新产品顺利投产。

6.Evaluate and introduce new process for production.

为生产评估并引进新产品。

7.Work with sub-contractor for process issues.

对加工问题协助承包商工作。

Requirement:

1.Bachelor holder of Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related subject.

制造/工程，或相关专业，本科毕业

2.Experience in setting standard process time.

有建立标准工时的经验。

3.Experience in Jig & fixture design.

有工装夹具的设计经验

4.Good in English (writing, reading, listening and speaking).

良好的英语听说读写能力

5.Hardworking, high responsibility and able to accept work pressure.

勤奋，有高度责任心，能承受工作压力

6.Have knowledge in Time measurement, Motion Time Measurement, Work Procedure Study.

具有时间测量，动态时间测量，和工作流程方面的知识

7.Able to create CAD mechanical models and drawings.

能生成CAD机械模型和制图

8.Knowledge of lean manufacture

具备精益制造的知识
