工作描述 Job Description

1) 根据技术要求、时间进程和成本目标研发新的RF连接器及其它互联产品。维护现有产品，支持转移的项目。

Develop new/sustain current RF connector and other interconnect products, ensure its manufacturability, cost effective and meet schedule requirement, Support product transfer.

2) 生成所有机械零件图纸，与模具加工车间和供应商一同完成零部件样品。

Create/update mechanical drawings, and work with model shop or vendor for part samples.

3) 使用HFSS软件进行设计仿真及优化，确保产品性能符合规范。

Use HFSS program to do analysis/optimize to ensure the performance meets specification.

4) 负责首件检验，与供应商合作解决技术问题。进行产品测试，针对测试统计数据，评估其是否符合设计规范。

Work with supplier for any technical issue and do First Article Inspection. Evaluate new product sample by conducting different kinds of testing with statistical data.

5) 建立测试流程，设计必要的夹具。负贵样品的试产和量产。

Establish the test procedure and design the test fixture for the new products. Responsible for Mechanical/electrical activities and documentation for sample pilot and production run.

要求：Requirement:

1.机械或电子工程或相关专业本科毕业

Bachelor holder of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related subject.

2.2年相关机电元件的设计经验

Min. 2 years experience designing electro-mechanical components is required.

3.具有有限元电磁分析软件（HFSS）经验者优先考虑

Experience with Finite Element Electromagnetic Analysis software is a plus. (HFSS)

4.需有用CAD软件生成三维模型或二维图纸的经验, 有Solid edge经验者优先考虑。

Experience with CAD software creating 2D drawings and/or 3D models are required. Solid edge experience is preferred.

5.具有射频连接器及线缆设计经验者优先考虑

Experience of RF connector and cable assembly design is highly preferred.

6.具有使用高频测试仪器和测试夹具的知识，包括网络分析仪,频谱分析仪等；。

Working knowledge of instrumentation and test fixtures for high frequency. measurements including Vector Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, etc.

7.具有高频（0-40 GHz）PC板和传输线路元件设计经验者优先考虑。

Experience in the design of high frequency (0-40 GHz) PC Boards and transmission. line components is preferred.

8.能生成CAD机械模型，制图。对设计元件的可制造性需要有较好的理解

Ability to create CAD mechanical models and drawings is required. Good understanding to the manufacturability of the part under design is required.

9.良好的英文说读写能力

Good writing, reading and speaking English.
