1. 执行订单评审，协助销售签订合同订单，确保订单在有效的情况下执行；

2. 根据销售的指示，出具与合同相关的报告，如报价、付款方式等，准备后留档；

3. 与供应链发展部沟通，及时下达订单给仓库；

4. 跟踪订单发货，出货后及时告知客户，并跟踪货物送达；

5. 根据合同付款方式、期限，及时更新数据，排查应收账款；

6. 客户投诉的跟踪处理；

7. 定期汇总负责区域的销售情况，并反馈给业务部门，协助销售进行市场推广；

8. 销售产品数据的整理、更新，保证信息的完整、完好；

9. 领导交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1. 统招本科以上学历，专业不限，会机械制图优先；

2. 英语大学六级及以上水平，英语可作为工作语言；

3. 二年以上相关工作经验为佳；

4. 本岗位可接受实习生（实习期间按实习工资标准，表现良好有机会转正）

5. 具有较强沟通能力及综合分析能力

5. 工作严谨、细致，品行端正，具备良好的职业道德，保密意识强，有全局观，严格执行公司整体战略
