人力资源：

1、协助上级制定并完善公司薪酬管理制度，不断优化薪酬管理流程；

2、负责公司每月薪酬核算、员工社保公积金及个税缴纳；

3、薪酬工资的数据分析及预算；

4、根据公司标准，制作离职员工的离职结算清单；

5、协助公司领导层制订与完善绩效考核方案，利用专业知识优化考核细节项目；

6、监督与推动绩效方案的落实，全程跟踪，及时发现考核中的问题并提出修改意见；

7、协调各部门领导的绩效评价体系，保证绩效考核的及时性与准确性；

8、分析考核结果，提出改善与发展的相关建议，推动公司进步与发展。

9、完成上级交办的其它工作事项，并及时向上级汇报；

  

任职要求：

1、   统招本科及以上学历，专业不限；

2、   三年以上人力资源工作经验；有企业体系化绩效方案制定经验优先；

3、   熟悉人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程，熟悉国家各项劳动人事法规政策，并能实际操作运用

4、   为人诚实可靠，具有亲和力，懂得商务礼仪；

5、   语言表达清晰、准确，具备良好的沟通能力；

6、   具备很强的执行力，有较好的组织、沟通、应变能力，可以独立完成领导交办的工作；

7、   工作细致认真，谨慎细心，责任心强，有工作激情；

8、   熟悉常用办公软件（word、excel、ppt），具有一定的文字功底。
