The Job:
To assist the Director - Account Management, Asia in handling designated account(s) to achieve optimum business retention and development for the benefits of both customers and the Company.
To create Annual Business Plan.
To integrate Product, Service and Geographic support.
To drive formal service reviews.
To develop and maintain a Global SOP.
To maintain innovative and proactive focus on continued improvement.
To identify cost-out opportunities and value-add solutions.
To perform rate management and best practices sharing.

The Qualifications:
University graduate, preferably in business administration or related disciplines.
At least 5 years' experience, preferably in global logistics industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and PC skills.
Proficient in English both written & spoken.
Experience in project management, development and documentation of business process and procedures.
Willing to travel.
