Account Service team works closely with client’s Channel Marcom Producers, Print
Production Manager, and Channel Sales Program (CSP) Managers to implement channel
campaigns in Greater China. The AE supports the team responsible for coordinating the
adaptation and implementation process from brief to final production phases.

Key Responsibilities
? Immerse yourself in the client’s brand and offering, enabling a clear understanding
of client’s perspectives and ambitions within the project role.
? Responsible for day-to-day administration (e.g. distribute agendas and reports,
timing plans, collating any information needed for input/reports/presentations, etc.)
of the account and supporting team and ensure the agreed workflow is followed and
achieved.
? Liaise and support between the Account Service, Studio, Print Production,
Operations and obtain schedules, technical specifications, master artwork files and
report any changes to workflow schedules or delays or issues that arise.
? Responds to information requests from the Account Manager or Account Director
? Helps organise, attends (if required) and minutes internal team and updates and
maintains status sheets.
? Responsible for keeping records and tracking workflow and assist in up-loading
information.
? Provides any additional administrative support to team as required.
? Communicate the briefs to the studio and print production teams, and support to
ensure that the correct creative direction is being followed.
? The ability to write, prepare and present documents, presentations and reports.

Requirements
? At least 1 year experience within advertising industry / client marketing.
? Bachelor’s degree required.
? Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in both Chinese and English.
? Attention to detail, and passion for the work is essential.
? Proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
? The ability to prioritize and work quickly and efficiently within very tight time frames.
? Good interpersonal skills.
