1） 寻找的国内供应商， 负责与供应商的谈判已达到最优势的技术和商业条款;

Searching domestic suppliers for exporti business, dominate the negotation with suppliers to reach the optimal technical and commercial terms for contracting;

2） 负责供应还是那个开发，高效的与供应商合作并有效地推动供应商持续不断的改善;

take the owenership of developing suppliers, and work closely with suppliers on effetive process control and push for the continuous improvement at suppleirs;

3） 正确的和全面的理解客户的采购需求并确认供应商也能正确的理解客户的需求;

Get to fully and correctly understand the RFQ from customer and make sure suppliers correctly understand customer requriement too.

4） 负责委派项目的操作， 保证在计划内的时间内完成， 并最小化控制操作你费用;

Be responsiable for process the assigned projects and keep projects going on track on scheduled time line, minimize the cost in daily operatoions;

5） 同公司其他成员有效的控制供应商产品的质量和提升；

Work closely with other team members in MMT regaring the supplier quality control and improvement.

6） 完成公司委派的其他工作

Requirements/任职资格

1) 大专或本科学历，机械工程类专业优先

University or college degree，mechanical or engineering major is preferred.

2) 2年以上工厂生产经验以及相关QC知识；

More than 2 year experience in factory with QC knowledge and 2 years in sourcing related undustrial.

3) 团队精神以及有效的沟通技巧

Good team working and communication skills

4) 良好的计算机技能和英语口语，写作能力

Good computer skill and English speaking and writing capability

5) 诚实， 忠诚， 和良好的置业道德精神。

Honest, rialable, and good business ethics.
