1. QL SOP integration and implement.

    QL店铺的加强管理和规范。

• Collate QL standard operation process of China QL store.
  

    规范中国QL store的QL标准操作流程。

• Integrate VIOC knowhow and China actual situation, localize QL SOP for practical using. 整合VIOC的专业知识和中国的实际情况，本地化QL的SOP以供实际使用。
  
• Keep optimizing QL SOP according to actual operation and management feedback.
  

       根据实际操作和管理反馈，持续优化QL SOP。

• Participate in China QL Excellent Program and help partners execute the program.

        参与中国QL优秀项目并帮助合作伙伴执行项目。

2. Technical support

     技术支持

• Help JV and stores resolve technical problem, customer claims and products issues.

       帮助合资公司和门店解决技术问题，客户索赔和产品问题。

• Assistant JV and partners optimize products line and service items.

      协助合资公司和合作伙伴优化产品线和服务项目

• Collect technical information of competitors and work out countermeasure.

       收集竞争对手的技术信息并制定对策。

3. QL training implement.

    QL店铺的培训实施。

• Deliver QL SOP, products and technical training to JV and partners stores.
  

      为合资和合作伙伴提供QL SOP，产品和技术培训。

• Compile and optimize training curriculum from actual store operation.

     从门店实际运营出发，编写并优化培训课程

• Work with partner’s training team and support on site training activities.

      与合作伙伴的培训团队合作，支持现场培训活动。

Education学历要求：

A management degree (or equivalent) in automotive or retailing industry .

汽车或零售行业管理学位或（同等学历）。

Work Experience工作经验：

>5 years on technician or trainer experience in 4S shop, Chain garage.

5年以上4S店、连锁汽车修理厂技术或培训经验。

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies专业知识技能及职业素养：

· Basics of English in spoken and written.

基本的英语读写能力。

· Good communication and presentation skills.

良好的沟通及宣讲能力。

· Good problem Solving and Analysis skills.

良好的问题解决及分析能力。

· Good process management ability.

良好的项目进程管理能力。

· Customer focus.
