Major Responsibility:

1. Support T&E accountant when they have problem in communicating;

2. Follow up unqualified expense claims;

3. Supervise the weekly, monthly and year end T&E related matter to ensure all the T&E payments are approved and appropriate;

4. Supervise Opcos’ T&E claims which are collected, process in timely;

5. Support PTP manager to maintain the Opcos’ T&E reports;

6. Support PTP manager to explain queries from Opcos and auditing

7. System improvement supervision and supporting, including Finance ERP system, T&E system;

8. Support T&E accountant for journal entries

9. Ad-hoc task assigned from PTP Manager.

Major Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree of financial or accounting;

2. 3-4 years of experience, within adverting, media or marketing industries is preferred;

3. Strong sense of responsibility and detail oriented;

4. Open-minded, self-motivated and fast learner;

5. Good communication and time management skill;

6. Good knowledge of Excel

7. Good command of English and Chinese in both reading and writing.
