Created in 2012, our client is a fast growing start-up (turnover of more than USD 100 Million in 2019) specializing in providing AI technology software to support the eCommerce revolution. With more than 400 employees in Israel and New York, the company uses behavioral analysis, cutting-edge and machine-learning technology to identify legitimate clients and grant permission for payment. The solution allows merchants to boost revenue, prevent fraud, and eliminate customer friction. The company has assisted its global customers to review hundreds of millions of transactions and approve billions of dollars of revenue, including a number of Fortune 500 companies. Among its loyal customers, you can find C Trip, Macy’s, Dyson, Booking com, Gucci, Canada Goose, Wish and many others. In order to strengthen its performance in mainland China, it is now looking for an Account Manager.

Your missions and responsibilities :

-Be the primary point of contact for the company’s most-important Chinese merchants. Build, monitor and communicate its KPIs to clients.

-Conduct in-depth analysis of the most productive ways customers can utilize the company’s solution, including identifying upsell opportunities.

-Provide strategic analysis and critical thinking as the company plans long-term expansion.

- Work with all other teams within the company to optimize customer experience across the company’s portfolio.

- Assist new customers as they join the company’s platform and begin using its services.

-2-3 weeks of training in Israel is required.

- Travel on a monthly basis mostly in mainland China.

Requirements :

- 7+ years of experience in a client facing role, with 3 to 5 years managing major/key/strategic accounts. Experience working in a fast-growth B2B SaaS setting or ecommerce/fintech/consulting background or international work experience will be a plus.

- Chinese native with good command of both verbal and written English.

-Great interpersonal skills and a team player

- Bachelor degree or above, preferred science, quant, or business degree. International study/exchange program could be a plus.

- Tech-savvy with strong analytical and technical skills.

- Problem-solver, resourceful and independent.

- Location in Shanghai.
