Created in 2012, our client is a fast growing start-up (turnover of more than USD 100 Million in 2019) specializing in providing AI technology software to support the eCommerce revolution. With more than 500 employees in Israel, New York and Shanghai, the company uses behavioral analysis, cutting-edge and machine learning technology to identify legitimate clients and grant permission for payment. The solution allows merchants to boost revenue, prevent fraud, and eliminate customer friction. The company has assisted its global customers to review hundreds of millions of transactions and approve billions of dollars of revenue, including a number of Fortune 500 companies. Among its loyal customers, you can find C Trip, Macy’s, Dyson, Booking com, Gucci, Canada Goose, Wish and many others. In order to strengthen its performance in mainland China, it is now looking for an Integrations Engineer.

Your missions and responsibilities :

· Be Lead on-site integration efforts for enterprise clients

· Support Sales and Account Management efforts (presales and post sales) for our highly strategic merchants as one of our strongest subject matter experts

· Be the public face of company from a technical and operational integration perspective

· Provide end-to-end support for new clients during their on boarding process

· Have a deep understanding of our system and our product capabilities

· Build, monitor and execute a joint integration project plan with the client

· Own all public facing SDKs, APIs, integration guides and support documents

Requirements :

· An incredibly strong can do attitude, our client is growing fast and tackling unique problems that require quick thinking and adaptability

· At least 6 7 years’ experience as an integrations engineer or advanced technical manager working with multiple technical teams of an organization such as DEV OPS or Product

· Proven technical background, should be comfortable reading logs, source code, querying DBs

· Substantial experience in a customer facing technical role, including face to face meetings and pre sales activities with enterprise merchants, and ongoing strategic technical support.

· Superb writing and communication skills, superior English is a must

· Prior B2B SaaS experience an advantage

· Experience with data validation and analytical skills strong advantage

· Location in Shanghai
