Job responsibilities: 
1、Fully engage in sales and development activities of Industry biocide in related aera, achieve annual sales budget.
2、Develop and manage business with direct Key customers, provide technical service and ensure supply.
3、Develop the medium-sized customers in related area and achieve the business.
4、Manage the channel.
5、Communicate timely with cross functional team on the marketing trends and forecast of relevant industries.

Qualifications: 
1、Bachelor of university or above.
2、Chemical industrial background, water based paint experience is perferred, more than 3 years sales and marketing experience, have experience in handle multi-national company business.
3、Strong business perspective and entrepreneurial spirit.
4、Excellcent reading and written English skills.
5、Ability to work in a team.
6、High integrity and ethics.
7、Ready for traveling, able to work under pressure.
