ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Supervise and prepare PRC accounting books and reports for the clients from overseas in accordance with PRC regulations and ensure all accounting treatment in compliance with PRC laws
+ Supervise and prepare PRC tax filings for the clients and assist on taxation advisories
+ Conduct internal auditing in compliance with HQ requirements in foreign invested Co.
+ Conduct internal review of accounting records in compliance with PRC laws in foreign invested Co.
+ Assist on implementation and improvement of internal management to fulfill daily operations in foreign invested Co.+ Attend meeting with clients and prepare proposal accordingly
+ Reply question from Business Develop Department and clients
+ Handle some projects, perform as a consultant on closure project, tax or accounting advisory projects and presentation
+ Review all team members' bookkeeping and tax filing
+ Timely supervise team members to solve clients' accounting and tax issues
+ Be responsibility for the quality of all team members accounting & tax work
+ Be willing to teach and train the team members' to improve techniques
+ Supervise the office admin issues
+ Other jobs assigned by Shanghai Office
Requirements:
+ University degree in accounting or finance, qualified accountant, CPA is preferred
+ Fluency in both written and spoken English and strong PC skills
+ At less 5 years accounting experiences in foreign co. or international accounting firm in China or abroad an advantage
+ Independent, self-motivated, mature and well organized, able to manage and implement tax and accounting issues of foreign invested enterprise
+ Good understanding of cost accounting and VAT rebate experience preferred
+ Outgoing, good communication and team work spirit
+ Hands-on experience in using ERP SYSTEM preferred
+ A self starter, willing to work flexible hours, able to meet deadline and work under pressure
