职责描述：

為客戶提供最優質的服務，滿足其需求和期望，並肩負“ANEST COLLECTIVE 品牌大使”使命推廣品牌理念和品牌文化，提高客戶對品牌的鍾愛和忠誠度。

職位內容

- 提供與品牌形象相匹配的優質客戶服務, 傾聽與超乎客戶需求的協助、展示出色的商品知識給客戶與眾不同的服務經驗. 同時學習了解品牌與奢侈品行業相關知識

Provides excellent customer service, consistent with brand image. Keeps learning about the brand and luxury retail knowledge

- 參與並能獨立承擔日常精品店舖運營. 如收銀, 整理商品陳列, 進貨, 貨品盤點, 補貨調整等

Join in the daily store operations and run it independently. Manage and control cash register, organize product display, check shipment and keep track on inventory

- 維護現有與潛在的消費者並建立良好的客戶關係. 並請確保客戶資料是最新及完整的及符合公司提供的工具

Maintain current and potential customers to establish client relationship. Make sure customer profile is updated and complete

- 確保客人即時了解各項品牌訊息包括新產品, 服務, 或其它改變等等

Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.

- 達成個人及店櫃的目標，提升及發展店櫃營運

Achieves personal KPI, and advanced store management

- 保持舒適的溝物環境與維護高優質的品牌店舖形象

Maintains a pleasant shopping environment, keeping the high standard of the boutique image

- 執行銷售計劃並能參與配合品牌市場活動

Executes sales plans and participates in marketing events and programs

- 紀錄統整並匯報銷售數據

Keeps records and reports on sales activities

任職要求

- 至少兩年以上奢侈品零售行業工作經驗, 有高級成衣背景優先考慮

At least 2 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity

- 有較好的親和力, 邏輯思維, 執行力, 責任感, 團隊精神, 抗壓性高且能確實遵守公司規定

Has good affinity, logical thinking, execution, responsible, teamwork spirit, work in high pressure, and follow company policy

- 對時尚行業充滿熱情, 有審美, 並認同我們的設計理念. 對時尚, 藝術, 設計, 即文化有高度熱情並有強烈探索好奇心

Passion in luxury retail industry , good sense of fashion with good selling skills. Interested in art, design, fashion, culture, and eager to try out new strategy,

- 流利的中文及英文

Fluent in Mandarin. English and/or any other languages is a plus
