1、 国内外美院或重点艺术院校建筑、室内、环艺等相关专业本科以上学历；    

2、10年以上国内外知名事务所的工作经验，5年以上大型商业综合体项目的室内设计方案设计或全过程设计与管理经验；   

3、能准确把握项目及业主需求，结合实际情况并能给予出色的设计提案，在整体设计方案上有新的创意，善于对外沟通协调，熟悉设计流程；    

4、出色的设计及汇报能力,良好的设计品位和审美修养；    

5、全面负责管理和跟踪项目每个阶段，并对项目过程把控；  

6、拥有良好的技术指导、协调、管理能力及团队意识。对设计团队成员进行培育，带领多元化设计团队完成工作任务，提升团队专业能力；    

7、熟悉操作AutoCAD、Photoshop、3Dmax等相关专业软件。

Job Description:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Architecture, Interior, Landscaping or other related disciplines in domestic and foreign art academies or key art colleges;

2. Over 10 years of working experience in well-known domestic or international firms, and more than 5 years of experience in interior design of large-scale commercial complex projects or overall management;

3. Able to accurately grasp the project and client's requirements, provide personalized proposals based on the actual situation, generate new ideas on the overall design plan, skillful at external communication and coordination, and familiar with the design process;

4. Excellent design and presentation ability, elegant design taste and aesthetic accomplishment;

5. Fully responsible for managing and tracking each phase of the project, and controlling the project process;

6. Good sense of technical support, coordination, management ability and team spirits. Skillful at developing a team of designers, leading a multicultural design team to fulfil projects and enhancing team professional competence;

7. Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max and other related software.
