• 处理运输中遇到的问题，及时与客户、运输团队沟通，处理异常问题
  
• 与客户对账，并按本部门统一格式和要求编制EXCEL表格，及时发邮件给客服主管，每月在规定时间内与对方客服核对每月最终数据，并取得对方客服和物流部经理认可后制作汇总表，并发邮件给客服主管。
