? Fluent Spoken and Written English

? Minimum 5 years' experience in the area of software design, or knowledge of agile methodologies, wireframing and prototyping

? User empathy and high passion about improving user experience in the given area

? Applying technology solutions by addressing complex business issues

? Advanced communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in technical context clearly and concisely to optimize designs based on the value to the user and the business

? Able to actively listen, respond to others well and fully understand their needs beyond of what was said

? Proactively works in a collaborative manner with the team and the Product Owner in a trust-based relationship

? Proactively synthesizes abstract ideas into concrete design implications

? Ability to assume ownership of solutions and methodologies and not afraid speaking up to ensure the user need is heard by the product owner (IT and/or business)
