岗位职责：

1、负责开发项目的前期设计定位、规划设计指导；

2、独立地完成前期调研与规划方案设计的管理工作；

3、负责前期项目设计方案的构思工作；

4、组织协调项目前期方案设计全过程与报建的配合；

5、按时完成负责人安排的方案进度和方案设计；

6、负责与相关部门的沟通、协调。

7、具有较强的创新意识，具有较强的建筑设计方案构思能力；

8、对效果图、模型、多媒体进行全面把控；

任职要求：

1、建筑学或相关专业本科以上学历；

2、5年左右建筑工程行业设计或规划工作经验；

3、具有较强的大型工程项目方案设计能力；

4、熟悉项目设计流程，对项目前期的设计有较强的掌控能力；

5、能组织协调团队进行方案设计，统筹大局，具有良好的沟通及表达能力，责任心强，有敬业精神；

6、具有项目场地设计（总图设计）、规划设计、建筑设计等方面的能力；

7、熟知城市规划、建筑设计、构造学、给排水、暖道、电气、企业管理、相关法律等知识；

8、具有多种建筑类型的设计经验，独立完成过城市设计项目，如住宅、办公楼等大型公建，并有已建成的案例；

9、具有独到的创作理念及创新意识，有项目设计组织管理经验，能准确理解项目需求，并善于沟通协调，对建筑外立面和材料有较强的审核能力；

10、熟练掌握办公自动化、Rhino、CAD制图软件和相关软件操作；

11、与业主有良好的沟通能力；

12、敬业负责，责任心强，有良好的组织协调能力及团体合作精神。
