岗位职责:

？ 提高赛科人员与医疗人员的医疗应急能力、不断更新医疗急救流程；管理赛科较低级别急救事件处理和报告，协助健康管理经理负责处理赛科较高严重等级急救事件; 制定急救演习计划，并组织实施急救演习；制定计划并实施急救知识培训、预防中暑等职业健康知识培训。
Improve medical emergency respond ability of employees and medical staff. Continue to update medical first-aid procedure; To manage and report SECCO low level of first-aid events, assist health management manager to handle high level of first-aid cases. To plan, organize and implement of medical first-aid drills; To develop plan and implement first-aid training and occupational health knowledge training such as heat stroke prevention.
？ 对赛科诊所各项具体工作制定规定，指导和监督赛科诊所医疗人员按照规定开展医疗工作，对诊所人员进行考核评估,诊所医疗工作定期向上级汇总、报告; 组织与医疗服务供应商定期沟通。
Establish detailed rules for Clinic, coach and supervise medical staff of Clinic to implement medical work according to rules, provide check and evaluation of medical staff of Clinic. Summarize and report the medical work of the Clinic to high-level persons regularly; organize regular communication with medical supplier.
？ 监督管理诊所以及现场的急救包、药品、器械及易耗品的登记、维护、购买工作；确保药品、设施处于正常可用状态, 发现问题及时报告并根据规定进行处理; 管理医疗废弃物。
To supervise and manage the work of registering, maintaining and purchasing the first aid kits, medicines, medical facilities and consumables in the clinic and the site; to ensure the medicines and facilities are in the normal state and available for normal use. Find out and report problems in time and solve the problems according to procedures. Manage medical wastes.
？ 负责安排员工的职业健康监护，包括岗前体检、年度体检、离岗体检，以及特殊情况的应急检查。协助HR安排非生产部员工体检。协助赛科高层管理人员的医疗健康事宜. 负责将体检结果通知员工，安排体检后咨询等后续事项。
Arrange occupational health surveillance of employees, including pre-employment health check, annual health check, off-post health check and emergency health check in special case. Support HR department to arrange health check for employees of non-production department. To assist the medical matters of top management team; in charge of distribution of the check-up reports, and arrange consultation and other follow-up issues after the health check-up.
？ 负责对病假、职业相关病例、特殊健康状况的个案跟踪管理，以及汇总、统计工作；建立、维护员工健康档案,对员工健康数据进行汇总与分析汇报。
Follow up cases such as sick leave cases, work-related illness or other special cases, and summarize such data. Establish and maintain the employee health records and do summary and analysis report of employee health data.
？ 开展员工健康促进活动：包括健康宣传、讲座、献血等活动安排。
To launch health promotion activity: including propaganda of occupational health health lectures blood-donation activity and so on.
？ 负责赛科食堂卫生检查和监督工作。
To implement canteen hygiene inspection and surveillance.
？ 修订SECCO的职业健康相关制度、程序、计划。
To update SECCO’s occupational health regulations, procedures and plans.
？ 及时完成上级经理分配的其他工作。
Complete timely other tasks assigned by line manager.

任职资格:

？ 医学专业本科及以上，熟悉临床和预防医学工作，熟悉健康教育和健康促进的方法，熟悉职业卫生相关的法规、标准。
Majored in medical with university degree or above. Be familiar with clinical and preventive medicine. Be familiar with health promotion and education. Familiarize occupational health laws, regulations and standards.
？ 5年以上工作经验，具有石化行业经验优先。
Over 5 years working experience, petrochemical industry is preferred.
？ 工作细心，注重细节并有较强的分析能力。
Careful work and strong attention to details and good analysis capability.
？ 符合工作要求的英语和计算机能力。
English and computer skills that meet the job requirements.
