Background:

 

Client has a warehouse in Shanghai.  Recently, a second warehouse started in operation in Guangzhou.  So additional warehouse specialist is needed.

 

Description:

？  Perform standard planning activities to ensure a timely and accurate supply of Parts for the second warehouse

？  Monitor stock level balance between the two warehouse and recommend parts transfer proposal

？  Monitor dealers’ stock level which are covered by the second warehouse    

？  Automatic stock replenishment (ASR) system support for dealers which are cover by the second warehouse  

？  Communicate closely with After Sales Department and dealers to ensure proper movement schedule.

？  Process optimization on parts supply planning for the two warehouse

 

Requirement:

1.       University degree or above.

2.       2-3 years working experience in parts inventory management.  MNC is preferred.

3.       Familiar with ERP system. Interested in system logic. Quick leaner.

4.       Excellent in oral, reading and written English. 

5.       Proficient in MS Excel

6.       Good communication and interpersonal skills
