1、熟悉化妆品原料种类并掌握其性质，根据原料特点进行新产品的研发；

2）了解原料的法律法规，根据国外需求，安排相关测试和整理提交给客人

3）了解市场趋势，根据国外客户原样和INCI，负责产品的研究并安排打样。

4）帮助建立原料标准，提供生产工艺支持

任职资格：

1、专科及以上，精细化工，生物工程，药学等相关专业；

2、二年左右化妆品研发经验
