Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Department Director, the RadiologyTechnologist In-charge will direct the operations and supervise alltechnical staffs in radiology to assure effective operations and serviceto compliance with all regulations and policies. The job holder willinterface with patients, physicians, nurses and other professionals toprovide high-tech medical imaging services to patients.


Essential Management Duties & Responsibilities:
? Direct the diagnostic imaging department operations of DSA
? Regulate the maintenance of the department facilities, supplies,equipment and material in the manner to health, comfort and efficiency.
? Plan and direct department goals. Develop action plans, auditcompliance and analyze trends associated with clinical operations risks.Identify and recommend improvement through research, statisticalanalysis and reports.
? Coordinate, facilitate, and oversee various strategic planning,process improvements and quality assurance projects.
? Supervise new testing procedure and protocol.
? Provide training to new technicians and periodic refreshers forexisting employees to make sure they are fully prepared for their jobs.
? Report compliance issues or patient concerns/issues to departmentDirector.
? Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies andprocedures.
? Assume additional duties at the direction of Head of AncillaryServices

Staff Management Responsibilities
? Retention and recognition of excellence in Medical imaging department.

Training Responsibilities
? Train radiographer staff in regards to patient-focused service.


Education & Experience
? Bachelor Degree in Radiological Science or related Health Care fieldrequired. Master’s Degree in Radiological Science or Business-relatedfield preferred
? Radiographer license
? At least 6 years working experience in radiography, CT and MRI
? Minimum 3 years of management experience in a hospital medical imagingdepartment
? Fluent in Mandarin and English

Functional Competencies
? Demonstrated ability to lead a team of radiographer and technician
? Strong communication skill and can solve problem in an effective way
? Have thorough knowledge of human behavior and possess stronginterpersonal skill to work effectively with patience and others.
? Equipped to deal in conflict resolution with a decisive personality
? Good command in computer

DeltaHealth Hospital·Shanghai is a foreign-invested general hospital designed and constructed in accordance with Joint Commission International (JCI) and Chinese standards. It is DeltaHealth’s first hospital in Shanghai. DeltaHealth Hospital Shanghai and its Heart & Vascular Center are located in the Xujing area, 7 km to the west of Shanghai’s Hongqiao transport hub. The total construction area for the project is 50,000 m , with the set-up of 200 beds during the first phase.

Opened in 2013, DeltaHealth Clinic·HongQiao is DeltaHealth’s first Shanghai outpatient clinic and is part of an inner city network of cardiovascular care clinics. Located at the heart of the Hongqiao CBD, the clinic provides comprehensive primary and specialty care, including cardiovascular disease screening, expert consulting and rehabilitation services.
