Main Tasks：

Establishing a world-wide Service Reporting with a focus on service locations and its product profitability

Benchmarking among the various service locations

Internal coordination of the budgeting and planning processes for the functional area “global service” as well as establishing forecasts and budgets for smaller service locations

Producing the monthly cashflow plan as well as the P&L by function (sales cost method) for smaller service locations according to group instructions

Supporting the global service area as well as the service locations with financial advice

Development of global business processes and its systematic installation  in close co-operation with the oversea

Supporting and mentoring various projects within the service department

 

Requirement:

University graduate with a degree in Finance

Several years of working experience within a similar function, preferably within the manufacturing or service industry

Willingness to deep dive into the business issues of a service company and to proactively shape it

Proficient in using Excel and Power Point

Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin & English

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

Flexible and pragmatic

As a member of RZDL group FELB is specialized in transporting containers from the Far East (China, South Korea and Japan) to Russia/Europe and vice versa using the Trans-Siberian railway connection. Our clients can gain significant financial advantages from the short transit time of 12–22 days. 70% of all cargo crossing the Chinese–Russian border via Manzhouli and Zabaykalsk is transported under management from FELB.
FELB is so far the only company running China Europe transit train in daily basis, and the only one running both east bound and west train in a balanced volume.
