Job description

Training

To develop training materials for both on trade team, retail promoters and distributors

Conduct new brand/SKU training

Take charge of regular internal trainings

Promoter monthly training

Winery visit training

External training to clients (retailer, distributor, on trade clients, private clients)

Other trainings

Product/Brand related

Work with Marketing Manager to develop new product training materials include key selling points, brand PPT, Technical information Sheets etc.

Follow the marketing trends; Keep on research of other popular product for better ways to best deliver Mercuris brand knowledge and the advantage of each wine.

Others

Event organize and support

To support marketing manager on different events include tasting, wine maker dinner, private clients activities etc.

To support Ad with different wine related activity and trainings

Others

e-marketing communication

-Create a weekly Wechat article according to seasonal activity
