职责描述：

1、有效执行和落实销售行动计划

Effectively implement the sales action plan

2、积极寻找并开发新的终端客户，拓展潜在客户储备量，目标明确

Actively seek and develop new end users, expand potential client reserves with clear goals

3、 尽可能的开发和拓展新销售渠道，并达成有效合作

Develop new sales channels as much as possible, and achieve effective cooperation

4、了解潜在客户的应用需求，并跟进和提供合理的产品解决方案

Clearly understand the application requirements of potential clients, follow up and provide reasonable product solutions

5、保持与客户的日常联系和交流，并适时的拜访

Maintain daily contact and communication with clients, and timely visit on site

6、每周总结和汇报客户或项目的跟进情况

Summarize and Report the client/project follow-up status weekly

7、每月总结和回顾销售业绩完成进度，保持积极性

Summarize and Review the sales progress monthly and keep motivated

8、与公司其他部门保持良好的团队合作

任职要求：

1、有2-3年实际销售工作经验，面向终端客户的直接销售经验优先

2-3 years practical sales experience, direct sales experience to end users is preferred

2、有MRO、航空、制造业行业的终端客户销售经验优先

Practical sales experience in MRO, Aviation, Manufacturing industries is preferred

3、工科或理科学历背景，电子、通信或计算机专业优先

Engineering or Science background, major in Electronics, Communication or Computer Science is preferred

4、具备独立开发新客户能力，能适应出差

Ability to develop new customers independently and be able to business travel

5、具备一定的抗压能力，能时刻保持结果导向

Ability to work under pressure and keep results oriented at all times

6、善于沟通，及团队合作

Good at communication and teamwork

7、英文水平要求具备基本的读写能力
