岗位要求：

1.生物化学、分子生物学、细胞生物学、免疫学等专业硕士以上学历，相关领域8年以上工作经验；

2. 有单克隆抗体药物前期研发领域工作经验；

3. 熟练掌握细胞免疫、分子生物学相关实验技能，包括分子克隆、细胞培养、重组蛋白表达、免疫学、细胞毒实验，HEK293、CHO等工程细胞培养等；

4. 具备创新研发能力，及较强的发现问题并解决问题的能力；

5. 具有团队合作意识，沟通及协调能力强；

6. 较强的英文阅读及写作能力。

职责描述：

1. 从事抗体及抗体偶联药物等肿瘤免疫治疗药物创新研发；

2. 带领研发团队，及时、高效、独立完成创新研发目标；

3. 负责项目整体运行，并协调与其它部门的合作；

4. 负责项目外包合作方的确定，项目进展跟进，及项目验收审计。
