Job Descriptions:

1）Provide support for service manager

        

Arrange service orders in China, update service records, compare quotations, make cost sheets and Stock/spares control/arrangement.

    

2）Communicate efficiently and promptly with existing customers, partners, internal entities of Telemar & Marlink office worldwide.

    

3）Have patience when dealing with daily customer emails and Calling, to check and revert e-mails/calls after office time while need.

    

4）Other jobs to be assigned by service manager.

    

    

Requirements:

    

1)    Bachelor degree or above;

    

2)    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

    

3)    Fluent in English, (Oral and Written), working language is English, CET-6 or equivalent

    

4)    Willing to accept challenges and work under pressure;

    

5)    Strong sense of responsibility;

    

6)    Experience in Marine industry or Nav & comm area is an asset.
