· Responsible for the industrialization of Color, Material, Finishing (CMF) for consumer/industrial product.

· Perform industrialization of CMF from conceptual design/prototype to mass production.

· Work with the R&D team and part suppliers throughout the product cycle in a fast-paced environment.

· Explore and develop cosmetic finishing processes with vendors.

· Support mechanical product design in areas of plastic injection parts and sheet metal stamping parts.

· Review and evaluate vendors for performance.

· Lead project discussions as and when required

· Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.

JOB-RELATED SKILLS:

·  Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

·  Strong knowledge and experience in painting, silk-printing, IMD, VM.and other seconding processes pre-ferred.

·  Plastic/ Metal parts design background with good understanding of appearance/cosmetic requirement.

·  Understanding of plastic Injection, metal die casting, metal stamping are added advantages.

·  Quality Assurance background/ ME procurement background.

·  Good team player with strong passion for design.

·  Familiarity with CAD tools like Pro Engineer and Solid Designer.
