Primary Responsibilities:

1.Field Service Repair and Support.

2.Install, troubleshoot and repair Cytek flow cytometers and Upgrade products in a professional and timely manner.

3.Troubleshoots assays and customizes experimental tools to answer research questions.

4.Perform job with absolute best customer service; work well with customers.

5.Identify customer needs and contribute to improvements in Cytek products.

6.Manage your own schedule, complete paperwork and reports in a timely manner, work well as part of a small but growing team of engineers.

Requirements:

1. 4-year life sciences degree, engineering degree, or technical service preferred.

2. Candidates will be able to demonstrate understanding of Flow Cytometry instrumentation and use

Extensive experience in Flow Cytometry in a lab setting OR Previous experience in Flow Cytometry Repair/Applications required.

3. Ability to learn new flow cytometry software and to utilize documentation for troubleshooting instrumentation problem is essential.

4. Have the ability to relate biological experiments to flow cytometry results

5. Up to 80% travel is acceptable. Ability to manage rapidly changing schedule.

6. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.

7. Work experience with repair or service of electrical or mechanical equipment is preffered.

8. Demonstrated ability to interpret and explain the theoretical basis of the work performed.

9. Demonstrated ability in flow cytometry techniques.

10. Computer literate with an emphasis on analysis of data generated using flow cytometry and MS Office products.

11. Ability to function with minimal written resources is essential.

12. Good organizational and time management skills.

13. Good command of English in listening, speaking, writing and reading. CET6 or above.

任职条件：

1. 生命科学或工程技术相关专业毕业，4年以上技术服务经验。

2. 能够示范操作或证明了解流式细胞仪的检测和使用。

具有在实验室环境中操作流式细胞仪的丰富经验；或 具有维修或使用流式细胞仪的经验。

3. 具备学习新的流式细胞仪应用软件的能力，以及使用参考资料排除故障的能力。

4. 具备贯通生物实验及流式细胞仪检测结果分析的能力。

5. 可接受经常出差，能够适应并协调管理快速变化的工作日程安排。

6. 具备良好的人际关系及出色的顾客服务技巧。

7. 具有电气或机械设备维修服务工作经验者优先考虑。

8. 具有对工作表现进行基础理论阐述的能力。

9. 具有能够阐述流式细胞仪各项技术的能力。

10.具备使用计算机分析流式细胞仪生成的数据的能力，熟练运用微软office系统。

11. 能够利用有限的书面文本资料实现仪器运作。

12. 良好的组织能力和时间管理能力。

13. 熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力，CET6以上。
