Key Responsibilities

• Sale of EP gable top packaging system with focus on value proposition presentation, sales negotiation and implement business plan;

• Meet or exceed Sales and Gross Margin targets;

• Formulate and implement business plan for key accounts;

• Build good customer relationship through frequent communication;

• Identify possible customers in each country; Make every prospect aware of EP possibilities;

• Management of accurate order forecast and aging A/R;

• Regularly communicate market condition, competitor activities and customer’s needs to commercial manager via sales meeting or frequent e-mail;

• Jointly implement Marketing strategy with marketing team;

• Work in close co-operation with other functions within the group, to ensure customer’s needs and complaints are always satisfactory resolved.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in food science or related; or business management major related;

• At least 3-5 years account sales experience on B2B business model, experience in food industry is a plus;

• Good English and computer skills;

• Strong interpersonal skills and effective deployment, and able to work under pressure;

• Business traveling is required.
