职位描述


With the following responsibilities:

    

  • Is to put into action the company's vision and mission statements; to help the general managers with budgeting and allocating finances for the different sub divisions; to interact with the accounts manager to come up with budget plans for a financial year; to review the finances for every quarter and make changes to the budget if required.
  • Is to help the general manger to work towards increasing sales and will brainstorm with the marketing head to come up with strategies; to make sure that in pursuit of increasing sales the productivity also goes up; have to ensure that high value services are provided to the client.
  • Is to help the general manager to hire new employees with consultation from the human resource department; to arrange employee training programs to improve the quality of the workforce; to look into employee retention along with the personnel from the HRD. Motivating the employees to achieve set goals and conceptualizing rewards and recognition programs is their duty.
  • Is to help the general manager to interact with clients for redressing complaints and understanding their requirements; to ensure that work ethics are followed and company policies are adhered to.
  • Preparing reports to appraise the general manager and the board members about the functioning of the company.

                        

    

    

    

Qualification:

    

要求:

  • have knowledge of management principles, accounting and human resource policies
  • have in-depth knowledge of all the company policies and procedures.
  • know how to budget company finances and resources.
  • need to be knowledgeable about ways to promote team work and employee morale.
  • have information on team building activities and be a good orator.
  • have excellent communication skills, both in English and Chinese
  • need good interpersonal skills as they have to interact with clients to understand their requirements.
  • have leadership
  • be adept in conflict resolution skills.
  • has to conduct meetings and training sessions to ensure effective workforce management
