? 为铁路和外部客户提供关于轨道车辆项目，工程实践和待定解决方案方面的专业知识和建议。
? 参与项目团队以及项目文件的准备和/或审核。
? 就项目有关问题与顾问和承包商联络，就技术和合同事宜与客户进行沟通。
? 根据需要管理并领导项目, 控制预算、质量和交付成果的时效性, 并与资源经理合作挑选适合的项目参与者。
? 制作建议书并开展业务以加强与客户的合作关系，保证后续工作顺利实现销售目标。


应聘资质和经验

? 至少5至8年的设计经验，具备3至5年的独立评估经验者优先考虑。
? 必须具备轨道车辆领域的专业知识，以及转向架或制动方面的相关知识。
? 电子或机械专业毕业, 具备特许工程师资质或同等学历者优先考虑。
? 在符合时间和预算以及高质量要求的前期提下，成功提交所负责范围内交付成果。
? 能力广泛，适应性强，具备抗压能力。
? 英语听说读写流利。
