Responsibilities:

    

· Build and maintain long-term relations with clients, media, vendors, freelancers etc

    

· Clients coordination: delivering reports, answering client’s requests, complying with deadlines

    

· Vendors coordination: managing work process and quality, complying deadlines and KPIs

    

· Performing research and market analysis activities

    

· Perform a variety of different administrative tasks

    

· Networking; attending conferences, meet ups and other events

    

Requirements:

    

· Understanding of PR and marketing concepts and practices

    

· 2-3 years relevant working experience

    

· Tech savvy

    

· Excellent communication and writing skills

    

· Well-organized, able to work with deadlines

    

· An analytical mind with attention to details

    

· Outgoing and confident

    

· Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese language skills
