成为我们团队的一员,您需要符合下列基本条件:
1. 大学全日制建筑设计专业本科或以上学历;
2. 一年以上全职工作经验,欢迎优秀应届毕业生;
3. 熟练掌握相关工作电脑软件(Autocad、Photoshop、3D MAX、Sketchup等)及办公自动化软件,掌握Revit、Rhino、Vray软件,了解BIM;;
4. 具团队协作精神及良好的沟通能力,自信、乐观,具有较强的适应能力。

在组织与业务经营管理上,已建立专业的组织架构,并且整个公司在执行全国各地项目,制定了统一的品质控管作业模式。
工作组织上由专司职责的各副总经理,管控公司的设计与规划、品质管理、财务控管、行政流程。建筑设计部及规划部门经理推动及控制整体各案品质,各专案经理负责执行各案流程,管理部门控管执行品质与专业深度。形成完整执行体系,达到各种项目的业方要求。

Specialised deputy general managers lead various departments including design and planning, quality assurance, financial management and administration.
