岗位职责：

1. Manages employee(s) performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Production Engineering; conduct performance discussions with employees; sign employee time; manage direct employee salary and training plans; remove road blocks for employees. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees.

2.Forecasts resource needs and obtains and manages personnel, facilities, services, equipment and tools to meet project and daily operating requirements. Acquires, deploys and schedules personnel to meet project and operational objectives. Reviews, approves and implements facility, equipment and service plans to maximize productivity and ensure safety, security, environmental and regulatory compliance. Coordinates with providers to achieve timely delivery of resources.

3. Develops project or operational plans aligned to department's objectives. Implements plans to ensure business, technical and customer requirements are achieved. Assigns authority and responsibilities to employees to execute the plan. Reviews plans' execution, makes appropriate adjustments, and resolves issues. Monitors appropriate metrics to ensure performance to plan.

资质要求：

1. Must have the right to work in China; does not require sponsorship for employment visa currently and in the future.

必须有持有在中国工作的许可; 目前和将来都不需要公司为工作签证提供赞助。

2. Degree in Engineering Discipline.

持有工科学位。

3. Minimum 8-10 years engineering experience in aviation/aerospace industry.

在航空/航天行业至少拥有8-10年工程经验。

4. Fluent in both English and Chinese (reading, writing/typing, listening).

中英文流利（听读写/打字）。

5. One or more years of demonstrated management and/or leadership skills, dealing with commercial aircraft design or support.

1年或以上已证实的管理和/或领导技能，能处理民用飞机设计或支持。

6. Must have excellent people skills, be a capable project manager and possess the ability to interface successfully with various stakeholders and internal teams.

7. Must possess a working-together attitude, good decision making and problem solving skills, strong organization skills, and good leadership skills for motivating employees and assisting in their development.
