工作职责:

1. 组织员工生产/包装/研发项目的进行

2. 确保员工所有生产活动符合GMP要求

3. 确保员工所有生产活动符合EHS要求

4. 车间日常巡检

5. 配合内部/外部审计

6. 配合QA相关工作

7. 推进积极向上的文化，在高度发展的环境中提高质量和效率。培养有潜能的员工并为之提供职业规划。

8. 完成上级安排的其他工作任务

任职资格:

1. 大学及以上学历

2. 制药学或者其他相关学科，或拥有制药工业或实际经验或培训经历

3. 具有英语学习经历，或者良好的英语听说读写能力

4. 在剂型/制剂开发和过程开发方面有培训经历或工作经验者优先

5. 在药物制剂方面具有至少3年以上的工作经验
